How long have you had the SHERLOG device in your car? Is it your first experience?
I already had a similar device in my vehicle from another company but I wasn't satisfied with it. I have the current one for about one year, in two cars. In view of the fact that nothing bad has happened to my cars I am satisfied with it. I know the cars are under constant surveillance.

Can you, please, briefly describe how was your car stolen?
I noticed the theft in the morning. The Police arrived and informed me that the vehicle isn't where it's supposed to be. A had my phone on silent beacause of the children and on it was number of missed calls from SECAR BOHEMIA and the car really was missing. It was found in Dobřichovice near Prague. The Police collected scent traces. After they filed a report with me I got my car back.

Our first question is obligatory: how did the theft of your vehicle occured?
Before christmas we visited Slovakia. One day, I think it was wednesday, we were contacted by the operation centre of SECAR BOHEMIA. It was about half past eleven in the evening and we were informed that our car parked in front of the hotel transmits an alarm. We realized it was bad beacause none of us was sitting in the car. Beacause we couldn't see it from the window we had to go outside. The car was gone. We confirmed that the car had disappeared. The employee of SECAR informed us that he is going to immediately contact the Slovakia Police.

We usually ask the clients how did their car disappear. How was it with yours?
It was in the night when I was awaken by the phone in about two in the morning. I was contacted by the operation center of Secar Bohemia. Thay asked me if my car is still in the carpark. When I got there, the car was already gone.
